“Leader and Youth” Meeting at “UzGasTrade” JSC

On June 30 of this year, “UzGasTrade” JSC held a “Leader and Youth” meeting under the leadership of the Chairman of the Board, Alisher Takhirovich Agzamov, in order to create the necessary conditions for social support of youth, protection and realization of personal, political, economic, social and cultural rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of young employees, increase their role and activity in society, educate a healthy and harmonious young generation, help young people acquire knowledge and professions, create decent working and living conditions for them, organize their free time meaningfully, increase the stability of the socio-spiritual environment and the effectiveness of educational work.

At the beginning of the event, the Chairman of the Board, A. Agzamov, sincerely congratulated the young employees of the Company on the occasion of “Youth Day” and spoke about the reforms being carried out in our country regarding youth. They also encouraged them to strive forward and not stop moving, to make full use of the opportunities created by our state and achieve success, and shared their personal experiences.

The speakers spoke about the supremacy of the Constitution and the law, the fundamental rights, freedoms and duties of man and citizen, and emphasized that the state protects the personal, political, economic, social, cultural, and environmental rights of young people, their active participation in the life of society and the state, and that society creates all conditions for the intellectual, creative, physical and moral formation and development of young people, as well as for the realization of their rights to health and recreation. He also spoke about the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On State Youth Policy” and the need to increase the effectiveness of state youth policy, support and encourage talented youth, timely implementation of tasks set out in the program of measures, and the requirement for selfless work from young people to improve the future of the enterprise.

A number of young people participated in the meeting, which was held in the form of an open dialogue, with their proposals. It was stated that the purpose of the meeting was to support the proposals and initiatives of young employees in the field, to individually study the problems of each young employee of the enterprise, and to make solutions and proposals for them.

During the event, intellectual games aimed at increasing the knowledge of young people were also held, and prizes were awarded to the winners.

At the end of the event, young people also spoke and expressed their gratitude for the opportunities created for young people in society.
