According to the law, the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a symbol of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan and has the following appearance: the sun shines golden rays over a blooming valley surrounded by mountains, rivers and a circle of wheat ears on the left side and cotton branches with open bolls on the right. In the center of the emblem is a symbol of happiness and freedom - the Humo bird with its wings spread. At the bottom of the emblem, the words “Uzbekistan” are written on the ribbon of the circle, which represents the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
