In our country, systematic work is being carried out aimed at the well-rounded upbringing of the younger generation and creating all the necessary conditions for their independent step into life.

In recent years, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On State Policy on Youth” has been adopted in order to strengthen the legal foundations of state policy on youth.

June 30 has been declared “Youth Day” in Uzbekistan. In order to encourage our selfless youth who are achieving high results and achievements in various fields, the “Mard oʼgʼlon” state award and the “Creator of the Future” medal have been established.

Five important initiatives are being implemented, including the tasks of widely involving young people in culture, art, physical education and sports, increasing their literacy in information technologies, promoting reading among young people, and ensuring women's employment.

In particular, in order to comprehensively support young people, on the initiative of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Energy, Oil, Gas and Geology Workers of Uzbekistan, on June 20 of this year, on the occasion of “June 30 - Youth Day”, an intellectual game “Business-Quiz” was held among young people working in energy system enterprises.

Talented young employees of “UzGasTrade” JSC also participated in this event.

The youth team of “UzGasTrade” JSC took part in the intellectual game, which was held with the aim of comprehensively supporting young people, improving their intellectual potential, motivating them, and forming a team spirit among young people, as well as strengthening their socio-political knowledge.

The competition was organized in the form of group matches, and the first stage has been completed. We believe that such a victorious march of the Society’s youth will continue in the following stages, and we wish them good luck.
